• Inactive Accounts: If a user's account remains inactive for a period of 24 months, we will automatically delete the user's account and associated data, unless there's a specific legal or operational reason to retain it.
• Temporary Data: Data like logs or temporary files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. User-Requested Data Deletion

Right to Erasure: Users have the right to request the deletion of their data from our systems. Once verified, we will honor the deletion request within 7 days, unless there's a legal reason to retain the data.

5. Exceptions

We may refuse a data deletion request in specific circumstances such as:

• For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
