By accessing the Islah mobile application ("Islah App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of the Islah App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any updates. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Islah App.

1. Scope of Services

Islah provides a platform connecting users with experts for consultations and interactive services. The app facilitates guidance and learning through calls and communication but does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party individuals or services.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable laws. You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been previously suspended or terminated from using Islah’s Services due to misconduct.

3. Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account ("Account") on the Islah App.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account.
• Islah is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your Account.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Create false identities or misrepresent yourself.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Platform or transmit malicious code.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Safety

While Islah facilitates connections between users, it does not conduct formal background checks on users or experts.

• You are responsible for exercising caution and ensuring your safety during interactions.
• Reliance on information provided by other users is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Proprietary Rights

All content on the Islah Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Islah.

• You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Islah content is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Islah App may integrate or link to services provided by third parties.

• Islah is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of third-party services.
• Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer

Islah provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Islah disclaims responsibility for any actions, advice, or services provided by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Islah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Islah harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

12. General Provisions

• Communications: You consent to receive communications from Islah regarding updates and services.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.
• Force Majeure: Islah will not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Islah, superseding any prior agreements.
